Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
